Booking a ride is a breeze with our online form. Just enter your pickup and drop-off locations, along with your preferred travel date, then click "Book." You'll see a selection of vehicles to choose from. Pick the one that suits your needs, fill out the booking form with your pickup time, passenger info, contact details, and flight number, then click "book now" to pay by card or cash.

Absolutely! When booking, you will be given the chance to schedule your return trip too. Even if you just book one-way initially, you can always go back and add the return leg later on if you change your mind.
Get Airport Cars offers a wide range of payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, cash payment to the driver, and various other major debit cards.
Once you've made your booking, you'll get a confirmation email sent to the address you provided. But sometimes things don't go quite as smoothly - if you've accidentally misspelled your email, you might not receive it. No worries though, just reach out to our support team and they can fix the address and resend the confirmation. And just to be thorough, check your spam or junk folder too, just in case it ended up there.
If you have booked your transfer with the additional meet and greet option, your driver will be inside the terminal waiting for you, holding a board with your name on it so you don’t need to worry about finding him. If you have made the transfer as normal then you will get a call or receive a text from the driver once your flight has landed informing you of which zone to meet once you are ready. There are pickup and drop-off zones at every airport.
On the quote page, each vehicle has details about how many passengers and how much luggage it can handle. Make sure to pick the right one for your needs. If you're unsure about the capacity, just give us a call or chat with us, and we'll be happy to help you figure it out. And if you end up with fewer people but more stuff, or more people but less stuff, don't worry - just get in touch with our support team, and they'll make sure you get the perfect car for your trip.
You have the option of paying for your service when you book the journey, or when the journey ends.
There are no hidden charges, the total price includes all airport charges, tolls and congestion charges. Prices are fixed and the price you see, is the price you pay.
Bookings that are cancelled 12 hours prior to the pickup time have no cancelation fee except bank processing fees that depend on the amount of the booking. For bookings canceled within 12 hours of the pickup time please read our T&C
You should contact the office immediately and our operators will help you to locate the driver. Normally we provide all necessary details to our customers before the pickup.
Luggage capacity has been displayed with every vehicle size on our website. It must not exceed the capacity of the vehicle or the company would reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refunds.
For bookings where you're picked up from an airport, we at Get Airport Cars give all our passengers 30 minutes of free waiting time from when your flight lands to when you meet the driver. After that, we'll charge £15 per hour for any additional time. So we suggest you think about how long immigration and baggage claim will take, and request a later pickup time if needed. And please let us know if there are any delays so we can plan ahead. Just keep in mind that we won't compensate you if you're ready before the scheduled pickup, and we also won't refund you if you decide to take a different ride instead of waiting for your driver.
Our team at Get Airport Cars monitors your flights and delays, but we can only accommodate delays up to 30 minutes. We'll do our best to assist customers affected by flight delays, but we can't make any guarantees due to capacity constraints at the time. If we can't accommodate your delayed flight, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and we won't be held legally responsible. If we do cancel due to the delay, you'll get a full refund. However, we won't cover any additional costs you might incur to find alternative transportation.
Yes, we are a fully licensed private hire company authorised by local councils to operate within the areas we service.
